If Strava was temporarily unavailable or the activity sync failed, you can manually re-send any activity from Xert to Strava in a few clicks.
Quick Fix
- Open the Today page in Xert.
- Find the activity and click the Strava button on the activity card, then 'Send to Strava'
- Wait a moment and refresh Strava.

Re-send An Older Activity
If you forgot to send a previous activity (or deleted it in Strava and would like to re-sync it), follow these steps:
- Open the Fitness Planner.
- Find the date the activity occurred & click Review Daily Activities (magnifier icon)
- Click the Strava button next to the activity you want to send.

Common Reasons Your Activity Didn't Sync
- Temporary Strava outage or delayed Strava processing
- The activity reached Strava from another app first (Garmin/Zwift/etc.), so Xert wasn’t the uploader
- Strava permissions were revoked. To fix, reconnect to Strava from Sync → Strava page.
