Mean Maximal Power (MMP) is your highest average power over a given duration. For example, 5 MMP is the best 5-minute average power you can produce.
In Xert, MMP values are derived from your Fitness Signature (TP, HIE, PP) and are most meaningful for harder efforts above Threshold Power—typically in the range of roughly 0.5 MMP to 20 MMP. Many SMART workouts use MMP targets to train specific points on your power curve, and those targets automatically update as your fitness changes.
